NUMEC is governed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) as the highest decision-making organ, the Board of Directors who are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the organization has adequate resources to advance its mission. The Secretariat runs the day-to-day activities of NUMEC and is headed by the Executive Director. Below is the organogram.
